>YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE OF HANDLING ONLINE PURCHASES USING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT.
>YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
>WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

Section 1 - ServiceOne slot per person at a time.I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE THE COMMISSION under any circumstance. Harassment, threats, “stalk”, disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.I WILL NOT DRAW anything that falls under NSFW content (anything that promotes nudity, sexual, blood, and/or violence), racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, graphic fetishes, any relation to drugs and alcohol, spiritual, and/or pornographic material.Section 2 - Usage/RightsDo not claim my work as your own or distribute my artwork(s) to profitable products.You are free to use my works for personal use.Do not feed my work to train any form of Learning Language Machines (LLM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI).The commissioned artwork may be uploaded online (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) with credit to the owner of the character and may be used as portfolio work. If you wish not to have the artwork be posted publicly, please inform me immediately.You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name “peri” with a link to any of the following websites above this document. Do not remove the watermark/signature without permission.PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.For commercial use, a +100% fee of the base price must be paid to be granted rights for the artwork intended for business purposes.Section 3 - PaymentAvailable payments are Ko-fi, PayPal, and GCash.NO REFUNDS. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork within the turnaround time under any circumstances.DO NOT commission me if you’re not able to pay me.50% payment upfront must be made first before I begin the commission.The rest of the payment may be given after you have given approval of the sketch I will show to you on the platform you wish to be contacted to.Failure to pay the first partial payment after 2 days will result in cancellation.Failure to pay the rest of the payment after 2 days will also result in cancellation and you may not receive the artwork. You CANNOT refund the first payment.If circumstances change to the point where you couldn’t pay or cause delay for payment, please contact me immediately so we could discuss what we can do.Prices are negotiable. However, prices LOWER THAN OFFERED are NOT ALLOWED (for example, the original price is $15 but you asked for it to be $10 will not be accepted) . If you wish to negotiate, please inform me before paying.Chargebacks and/or refunds without any consent are not permitted and WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY.Section 4 - Artwork ProcessYou will only get TWO FREE MAJOR REVISIONS for the sketch or lining stage (ex: changing poses, character,) and once during the coloring stage. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.All artworks are done in 1750x2450 px (5x7 inches), in 350 dpi and saved in PNG format. If you plan to print the artwork and would like it to be done on a larger canvas please specify before payment.Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE as communication is crucial for the artwork process. Failure to reply within 10 days will result in cancellation.
The estimated Turnaround Time would be 7-15 days.If you do not agree to these Terms, then you are not allowed to commission me.
